Build the Gingerbread City 2019

This year we have two classes:

• Open class for individuals and families
• Classroom for school classes

Open class – this is how you do it

• Registration to ingri.osterholt@preusmuseum.no by November 28
• Deliver your house by December 6th
• You can pick up the house no earlier than December 9 or leave it out 2019
• The audience announces a winner during the Christmas market
• Everyone who delivers houses gets a free ticket to the Preus museum, with free entrance for four people (value up to 240, -)
• The main prize is two tickets to Riksteatret's show Vaffelhjarte, which is played at Bakkenteigen Kulturhus March 11, sponsored by the municipality of Horten.

Christmas at Karljohansvern takes place on 7 and 8 December from 11 am to 4 pm.

Class-class - this is how you do it

School classes are invited to contribute to the Ginger Bread City 2019 - the winning class will have a dream day at the Preus museum!

• Registration to ingri.osterholt@preusmuseum.no by November 28
• Deliver the house (s) by December 6th
• The house (s) can be picked up no earlier than December 9, or they can end 2019
• Voting is done by a jury looking at the contributions and by allowing the audience at the Christmas market to vote. The jury votes and the audience votes count 50% each.

The prize

• Bus trip round trip sponsored by Paulsenbuss
• A day at the museum with exciting photo assignments and VIP treatment
• The dream day is in the period January - March in 2020, we find together a date that fits
• (The school must be within 45 minutes’ drive from the museum. Maximum number of students: 30)
