Family Sunday with Kattas shadow theatre

Would you like to see some fun and interesting shadow plays? Why not try to be a shadow theater master yourself?

Come to the museum and spend a Sunday filled with drama and fun, where tension is lurking behind every shadow. Kattas Puppetry jumped into the Preus museum collection of shadow figures and other mechanical models, they created a new shadow play made from a template of shadow plays shown in the 1700's and 1800's. You will also have the chance to meet the Cartelli family who played shadow theater in Paris in the 1850's.

Kids get to create their own characters, and they can also have a go at being shadow players themselves.
