Every month we present a new photographer on the "Wall of Fame " – we have reserved one wall of the anniversary exhibition From Visual Equipment to Instagram.

Photographer Sigurd Fandango (b. 1986) is in dialogue with a humanistic photography tradition that does not focus on suffering, but on the positive human sides.

Fandango does not portray news events, but environment. His photographs does not look like the Snapshots we are used to see in the News, They appear more humorous depictions showing that the photographer is not afraid to use visual tools that traditionally belongs to a different genre than the 60s and 70s assertive black / white documentary photography. His use of colors and lights reminiscent of those found in advertising photography.
