Photo philosophy

This sping, we'll open the Preus Museum' library for philosophical conversations with our visitors. 

Are you one of those who spend Sundays strolling on Karljohansvern? Why not combine fresh air with a visit to the museum for a pleasant conversation about photography and the important things in life? We take our starting point in some of the photographs of the museum's unique collection, and talk about a chosen theme. 

The event is free.  No prior knowledge of philosophy or photography is required. 

The conversation will be led by the Preus museum librarian and philosophical practitioner Maja Holst Svendsen. 

After the conversation, a brief intro is given in the Preus Museum's exhibitions, for those of you that would like to see them. An entrance ticket is necessary to access to the rest of the museum and cafe.
